Good start to the weekend. Halfway to a sweep.

It is fall break this weekend. Many students went home.

Miami on the board first tonight, Sullivan with the redirect from Cox!

And then with 2.3 seconds left in the period, we force a turnover and Vitolins makes it 2-0!

Wowser

After an extensive review where we got absolutely no replay from NCHC.tv, Canisius apparently scores on the power play. 3-1.

Barbolini gets a goal from missing the net but shooting it so hard that it bounced back and hit the goalie in the head and dropped it, 4-1 with 4 minutes left

Winner! 4-1 final. And SOG were 39-18 Miami…that’s a total reversal from last season. :open_mouth:

Shame we didn’t hold on last week to start 4-0-0, but still not a bad way to kick off the season. Let’s keep it up.

3 wins in week 2 vs 8 wins ALL last season is serious progress!

First three-game winning streak since the first month of 2018-19.

Well, considering we went 3-0-1 against these teams last year, I wouldn’t go that far. Never a bad thing to win, but there will be plenty of tougher games on the schedule to come.

Yeah, but he’s not wrong.

Obviously I’m biased, but HockeyChica bought a BFL this past off-season, and the improvement in her photo quality is already very noticable.
