Miami men’s hoops had $122,000 in dedicated donations in all of 24-25. Hawktalkers alone have given 5% of last year’s total annual donations as ad hoc giving in a 24 hour period.

If we get TWO MORE PEOPLE to join in tonight and get us even closer to 25 donations, I will comb through the previous threads and try to come up with an estimate of how much we’ve raised thus far!

Based on some very quick calculations, the posters in the various call-to-donate threads since we turned 20-0 have raised $28,820 for the Men’s Basketball Excellence and NIL funds.
I haven’t combed through my DMs, but I’d venture to say there are commitments totaling another $5,000 or so in there.
I don’t think that every single response to these campaigns was necessarily memorialized in a posted response or DM to me. I would estimate the total impact being around $35,000.
Fuck yeah. Or, as someone else lovingly coined in one of these threads: Whooptee Shit!
